Cosmetic Dentistry and Short-term orthodontics
Dr Agnieszka Milbauer graduated from the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland, in 1998 and was awarded a PhD in Prosthodontics in 2004. Early in her career, she spent over five years at the University’s Department of Prosthodontics as a lecturer, researcher and clinician, developing a strong foundation in advanced restorative and aesthetic dentistry.
Together with her husband, Dr Simon Milbauer, she founded Your Perfect Smile Dental & Implant Clinic in 2007, building a practice centred around long-term patient care, prevention and modern dentistry.
Her main areas of interest are cosmetic and restorative dentistry, smile makeovers, clear aligner treatment and minimally invasive dentistry. She has a particular passion for combining clinical experience with modern digital technology, using AI, 3D imaging, digital scanning and computer-aided treatment planning to make dentistry more predictable, precise and easier for patients to understand.
Agnieszka continues to develop her knowledge through postgraduate education in the UK and internationally and has trained with many leading clinicians in aesthetic, restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Outside work, Agnieszka loves travelling, discovering new places and keeping up with new technology and AI — interests that often find their way into how she thinks about dentistry too.

General Dentistry & Dental Implants
Dr Simon Milbauer qualified in Poland in 2001 and has been practising in Scotland since 2004. Together with his wife, Dr Agnieszka Milbauer, he founded Your Perfect Smile Dental & Implant Clinic in 2007, building a practice focused on long-term patient care and modern dentistry.
Simon has a special interest in implant dentistry, with over 15 years of experience and several hundred implants placed. His postgraduate training includes a Certificate in Surgical and Prosthodontic Implantology from UCL Eastman Dental Institute, London.
Alongside implant dentistry, Simon provides a wide range of general dental care, with a strong emphasis on prevention, patient education and preserving natural teeth whenever possible.
A strong advocate of digital dentistry, Simon uses digital scans instead of traditional impressions whenever possible. Implant treatment is planned using 3D imaging and digital technology, with 3D-printed surgical guides used where appropriate to improve precision and allow a minimally invasive approach.
Simon believes in keeping dentistry straightforward: explaining the options clearly, involving patients in decisions and recommending treatment that is genuinely right for them.
Outside dentistry, Simon enjoys keeping active, reading and exploring the Scottish outdoors. Whether in dentistry or beyond, he is always keen to learn, improve and take on the next challenge.
Kerry Strachan
Clinic Manager & Treatment Coordinator
Kerry has been part of Your Perfect Smile Dental & Implant Clinic for over 15 years and is a hugely important member of both our Aviemore and Grantown-on-Spey clinics.
As Practice Manager and Treatment Coordinator, she works closely with Dr Agnieszka, Dr Simon, and the wider team to keep the practice running smoothly and ensure our patients are well looked after throughout their journey with us.
With so many years of experience at the practice, Kerry knows our patients, our team and the way we work exceptionally well. As Treatment Coordinator, she is often the person patients turn to when they have questions about treatment, appointments, costs or membership options. She takes the time to listen, explain things clearly and help find practical solutions, especially when treatment feels complicated, or there are several options to consider.
Kerry combines a highly professional and organised approach with a genuinely warm and friendly manner. Whether someone is visiting us for the first time, considering a more complex treatment plan or has been with the practice for many years, she helps make the whole experience feel straightforward, personal and well supported.
Outside work, Kerry loves spending time with her family and her three children. She also enjoys horse riding and being outdoors whenever she gets the chance.
Sheree Dunbar

With over a decade of experience as a dental nurse, Sheree demonstrates a strong commitment to her profession. Her caring and empathetic nature shines through in her daily interactions with patients, prioritising their comfort and well-being.
Sheree’s exceptional organisational skills are a cornerstone of her success both at work and in life. She takes pride in ensuring every procedure runs smoothly, contributing to the dental team’s efficiency.
Beyond her professional life, Sheree treasures moments spent with loved ones and finds immense joy in being a dedicated mother to Mya and Freya. As a valued and longstanding member of our Clinic team, she consistently brings her dedication and caring nature to every aspect of her work.
Emily Birkby
Trainee Dental Nurse
Many of you have already met Emily, who joined us a few months ago and has quickly become a familiar face at the Clinic. With her bubbly, chatty personality and warm, friendly manner, she’s a lovely presence for both patients and the team. She continues to build her clinical experience with us, which will provide a strong foundation as she progresses through her dental nursing studies. We’re delighted to have her on the team and look forward to seeing her grow in her role.
This September, Emily is taking the next step and starting her Modern Apprenticeship in Dental Nursing, getting stuck into her studies while continuing to learn and grow with us at the clinic. We’re delighted to have her on the team and can’t wait to cheer her on as she works towards becoming a qualified dental nurse!
Molly Donaldson

Molly joined us a few months ago and has settled into clinic life brilliantly. Having qualified as a dental nurse last year, she brings a warm, friendly and confident approach to her role.
She has adapted incredibly well to a new clinic, new routines and a whole new team, quickly finding her feet and becoming someone we can all rely on. Molly has a lovely way with patients and is always happy to chat, helping even the more nervous among them feel relaxed and at ease. She has fitted in so naturally that it already feels as though she has been part of the team for much longer — and we’re very lucky to have her!
